1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and 22ph3 with respect to your use of the platform available at 22ph3.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, promotions, and services offered therein. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered account holders or visitors.

By completing the registration process and creating a 22ph3 account, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 22ph3 platform and, if you have already registered, contact support to close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 22ph3 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling. 22ph3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending age verification.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of any wagering activity. Access to 22ph3 from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is strictly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You must not be acting under any legal disability or restriction that would render this agreement void or unenforceable.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement — whether imposed by 22ph3 or by any other operator or regulatory authority.
5. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 22ph3 platform. The existence of multiple accounts, whether created by the same individual or shared between individuals using the same device, household, or IP address, constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration. To create a 22ph3 account, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and such personal information as the registration form requires. You agree to keep all account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered information changes — including email address, contact number, or bank account details — you must update your account profile promptly or notify 22ph3 support.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 22ph3 account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security;
• Notify 22ph3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC). 22ph3 is required to conduct identity verification under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. 22ph3 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 22ph3 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, subject to advance notice. If an account balance reaches zero, the account may be archived. Players can reactivate an archived account by contacting 22ph3 customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 22ph3 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). 22ph3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not process withdrawals to overseas bank accounts or foreign e-wallets.

Deposits. 22ph3 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 22ph3 account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 22ph3 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 22ph3 aims to process approved withdrawal requests on the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and verification status of your account.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your KYC identity verification must be complete and approved;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation or restriction;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits set by 22ph3 or your payment provider.

Anti-Money Laundering. 22ph3 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Winnings may only be withdrawn to accounts or payment methods registered in the same name as the 22ph3 account. 22ph3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with normal player activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

22ph3 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Rules. The following rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and will be used last unless stated otherwise;
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies deposit + bonus;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain specialty games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotion;
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically;
• 22ph3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify promotion terms, or cancel promotions at any time, subject to reasonable notice.

Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements will forfeit all bonus-related winnings and may have their account suspended. 22ph3 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 22ph3 platform operate under the rules published within each game interface and, where applicable, the rules of the game provider. In the event of a conflict between general 22ph3 terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

Random Number Generators. All electronic casino games on 22ph3 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. 22ph3 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. All live game results are final once the game round is closed. Technical issues affecting a live game session — including disconnection from the live stream — may result in the round being voided in accordance with the game provider's rules. 22ph3 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end.

Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on 22ph3 has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table, and promotional period. 22ph3 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, all affected game rounds will be voided and all wagers refunded to the relevant player accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied consistently across all 22ph3 games. Historical winnings derived from a malfunction will not be honored.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 22ph3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the 22ph3 platform or its underlying systems;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an undue advantage — any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22ph3 staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform;
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing third parties to operate your account.

22ph3 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, 22ph3 reserves the right to freeze account access pending investigation without prior notice.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22ph3 platform — including but not limited to the 22ph3 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 22ph3 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the 22ph3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over any platform content.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 22ph3 content without prior written permission from 22ph3. Unauthorized use of 22ph3 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

22ph3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the 22ph3 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

22ph3 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Personal information is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences and promotions where you have opted in.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22ph3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Loss or corruption of account data;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Decisions made by 22ph3 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

The 22ph3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 22ph3 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 22ph3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Termination

Termination by the Player. You may close your 22ph3 account at any time by submitting a closure request to 22ph3 customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved, any outstanding withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Termination by 22ph3. 22ph3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A player is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a problem gambler through responsible gaming monitoring;
• Regulatory requirements mandate account closure.

Where an account is closed by 22ph3 due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is linked to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, real-money balances will be returned following due diligence.

12 Disputes & Complaints

22ph3 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 22ph3 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the platform, please follow this process:

13 Amendments

22ph3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 22ph3.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the service — 22ph3 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via a notice posted on the platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the 22ph3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

22ph3 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with applicable Philippine law, and any provision found to be inconsistent with applicable law shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to bring it into compliance, with the remainder of the Terms continuing in full force and effect.
